FLOCKPURE M
The FLOCKPURE M combines FLOCKPURE technology with the world-wide applied RBC technology (Rotating Biological Contractors). This innovative combination makes it possible tot produce small ‘plug and play’ wastewater treatment plants. The FLOCKPURE M can serve flows from large offices, restaurants, hotels up to even small towns. One FLOCKPURE M treatment plant has a capacity of 150 persons. Several FLOCKPURE M plants can be combines together to expand its capacity.
[1] Pre settlement tank
The raw domestic wastewater will be collected in the pre settlement tank, where the solids are settled out and retained. The accumulated sludge is drawn off periodically.
[2] Anoxic RBC
Partially clarified wastewater containing fine suspended solids flows upwards into the first stage of the biozone, which houses the RBC stage for initial biodegradation by biomass attached to the RBC media. Solids returns to the pre settlement tank. The wastewater is transferred to the second stage of the RBC for further treatment.
[3] Aerobic FLOCKPURE
The treated water is led into aerobic FLOCKPURE stage for achieving a highly clarified wastewater (polishing stage). The remaining solids and organic wastes are cleaned in this stage.
